Words
This section will be full of words. Some will be completely serious while others will be lighter. I am not exactly the military boot camp type. Hard work and enjoyment do not have to be mutually exclusive. I hope you enjoy your reading and feel free to ask any questions you may have about exercise or anything. I am full of information and if I don’t know the answer, I will be happy to make one up for you!
