Personal Training
If you want a one-on-one training experience, then Personal Training is the way to go. A program can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. We will meet outdoors and enjoy the wonderful weather here in the East Bay and soak up some sun!
Sessions are a minimum 60 minutes in length. Prices listed here are for the Willard Park area of Berkeley. If travel is involved, a nominal fee may be added depending on distance and difficulty for the trainer.
